Old Town Companies, in partnership with the City of Noblesville, has announced the grand opening of Federal Hill, the latest mixed-use development that promises to redefine downtown Noblesville.
The grand opening event is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16 at the heart of the new development within Federal Hill Commons.
Federal Hill Apartments brings a vibrant, walkable community to the west side of downtown Noblesville, featuring upscale multifamily apartments, retail spaces, office suites, and a convenient parking garage. This development not only enhances the urban-suburban blend of the city but also serves as a western extension of downtown Noblesville across the White River.
The ceremony will feature remarks from Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen and Old Town CEO Justin Moffett, who will share insights into the development’s impact on the community and the collaborative effort that made this vision a reality. Attendees will get a first look at the transformative project and learn more about the unique amenities Federal Hill has to offer.

Jensen has also expressed enthusiasm for the project.

The grand opening event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided tours of the development, and opportunities to meet with the project teams. This event marks the beginning of a new chapter for Noblesville, as Federal Hill Apartments sets a new standard for mixed-use developments in the area.
Federal Hill Apartments will be managed by Willow Bridge Property Company.
