The 20,000 square-foot Key Bank building at the corner of 9th and Logan streets has been sold.
The building was purchased by Harbour Properties, a local company owned by the Gordon family and headquartered in Noblesville. The building will be renovated and converted into executive style offices and office suites.
“We are very excited about the new chapter in the life of this historic building and we are keeping our options open to any company large or small that is looking for an office home in Historic downtown Noblesville,” said Harbour Properties President Darren Ratcliffe. “With almost 20,000 square feet of leasable space, which should be available next spring, the building would be a great headquarters for a national company or home to dozens of local companies looking for premium, flexible office space with all the modern amenities.”
Harbour Properties also owns roughly 50 single-family residences and six commercial properties, all in Hamilton County.
This beautiful downtown building was first constructed in 1910 and was originally used by The First National Bank. Today, the structure still features a beautiful limestone façade and iconic pillars in the neoclassical style.
