The Noblesville United Flag Football team was one of eight teams to win a sectional championship during the IHSAA’s inaugural Unified Flag Football tournament, which took place on Saturday. The host Millers won the Sectional 4 title by beating Blackford 59-8, Marion 66-28 and Mississinewa 46-20. Mississinewa defeated Fishers in the semi-finals 29-26.
The Millers will host Regional 2 next Saturday, Oct. 6, where they will play Fort Wayne Carroll for the trophy in that round.
Carmel hosted Sectional 6 on Saturday, falling to Ben Davis 78-38.
