Noblesville’s own Boubacar Balde has made the spring 2022 honor roll at Oregon State University. Earing a spot on the list requires a student to have a 3.5 grade-point average or better during the semester and carry at least 12 graded hours of course work.
Balde, a sophomore studying finance, is among 7,150 fellow students at the university who made the honor roll.
