The City of Noblesville is seeking interested applicants for temporary employment in the city’s parks and recreation department as camp counselors for its summer kids programming. Positions run from May to August and the hourly pay ranges from $10 to $12 depending on the position. Counselors will work at least 35 hours a week with extra hours and overtime opportunities.
“This is a fun, active and rewarding job for those entering college, home on summer break, or who are seeking something to keep them active during the summer months,” said Lorna Steele, assistant recreation director. “We are looking for people who are passionate about children and exploring the outdoors. Summer camp is often the highlight of a child’s summer and we are looking for people to be a part of those memories that will make each child’s summer one they won’t soon forget.”
