Noblesville Police arrest four in connection to AT&T store robbery

At 7:04 p.m. on Monday, police officers from the Noblesville Police Department were dispatched to the AT&T Store located at 17159 Mercantile Blvd., Noblesville, in reference to a report of an armed robbery. Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and reported that the four alleged suspects had fled the scene in a Ford Taurus traveling southbound on State Road 37.

Information regarding the suspects’ vehicle was broadcast throughout the county via police radio. Officers from the Fishers Police Department ultimately located the vehicle and apprehended the suspects on Interstate 69 near 106th Street. The suspects were transported to the Hamilton County Jail where they were booked on the following preliminary charges:

    Robinson

    Michael Robert Robinson, 19, Indianapolis, was charged with Robbery (I.C. 35-42-5-1), a Level 3 felony.

  • Clarence Demone Armstrong II, 18, Indianapolis, was charged with the following: Robbery (I.C. 35-42-5-1), a Level 3 felony; Theft (I.C. 35-43-4-2), a Level 6 felony; Pointing a Firearm (I.C. 35-47-4-3), a Level 6 felony; Criminal Confinement (I.C. 35-42-3-3), a Level 3 felony; and Criminal Recklessness (I.C. 35-42-2-2), a Level 6 felony.
  • A juvenile, 17, Indianapolis, was charged with the following: Robbery (I.C. 35-42-5-1), a Level 3 felony; Theft (I.C. 35-43-4-2), a Level 6 felony; Pointing a Firearm (I.C. 35-47-4-3), a Level 6 felony; Criminal Confinement (I.C. 35-42-3-3), a Level 3 felony; and Criminal Recklessness (I.C. 35-42-2-2), a Level 6 felony.
  • A juvenile, 16, Indianapolis, was charged with the following: Robbery (I.C. 35-42-5-1), a Level 3 felony; Theft (I.C. 35-43-4-2), a Level 6 felony; Pointing a Firearm (I.C. 35-47-4-3), a Level 6 felony; Criminal Confinement (I.C. 35-42-3-3), a Level 3 felony; and Criminal Recklessness (I.C. 35-42-2-2), a Level 6 felony.

A charge is merely an accusation and the defendant(s) is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
