Tishner
At approximately 6:12 p.m. on Jan. 6, police officers responded to a residence located on Redbud Circle in Noblesville in reference to a report of an alleged incident of child molest. Officers arrived on the scene a short time later and began to investigate.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, Joshua Wayne Tishner, 31, Noblesville, was arrested and preliminarily charged with two counts of Level 1 felony child molestation [I.C. 35-42-4-3(a)(1] and one count of Level 4 felony child molestation [I.C. 35-42-4-3 (b)].
