Fall officially kicks off this week with Noblesville Main Street’s First Friday Fall Fest, set for 5 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 4 on the historic square. This seasonal event offers trick or treating, the scarecrow contest, soup cook-off, hayrides, pumpkin decorating, live music and more.
The 2019 Noblesville Main Street Fall Fest is presented by the Primrose School of Noblesville and Peterson Architecture.
“We are so excited to host one of our most treasured events of the year,” said Lorna Steele, Noblesville Main Street Executive Director. Fall Fest has something for all ages, and this year is on track to be extra special.”
New this year, David Smith from the Food Network’s Halloween Wars will be onsite carving pumpkins. Smith’s unique carvings will be displayed on more than nine pumpkins sponsored by local businesses and neighbors. Children are encouraged to come in costume to trick-or-treat at designated merchant locations. The famous Belle and Spiderman will also be joining the fun at the Primrose School of Noblesville Kids zone.
Last but never least, soup savoring is an extra special feature at Fall Fest. This year’s lineup includes delicious soups from Ginger’s Cafe, Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank, Texy Mexy, Aspen Greek Grill, Grindstone Public House and more. Soups can be enjoyed for $1 per sample and $3 per bowl. The Lions Club will be onsite serving sandwiches.
