On Wednesday evening, the Noblesville Lions Club hosted Tami Wanninger, Prevail Executive Director. Prevail is a local organization that empowers victims of crime and abuse on a path to healing. All services are free and confidential. The organization was founded in 1986, and they have 17 employees that help 24/7 with support. In 2022 they served 3,093 victims.
