Lilith Weiss of Noblesville, daughter of Joe and Vanessa Cummings, is a student in Erin Goodman’s eighth grade art class at Hamilton Heights High School. Goodman had contacted Noblesville Lions President Joe Arrowood about the Noblesville Lions Club sponsoring a Peace Poster contest in which her art class of 17 students would participate.

Lillith’s poster was judged by a committee of Lions as the winner of the local contest. She then was judged as the winner at the Lions 25 D District Level and went on to the Multiple District (State) Level. Lilith was not able to advance to the Lions (International) Level.

The Lions Peace Poster contest is a project of Lions International, Inc. to foster peace around the world by engaging the talents of middle school aged children. The winner of the Lions International contest receives a prize of a $5,000 and a trip to the Lions International Convention.
