On the evening of Aug. 14, Patty Johnson spoke to the Noblesville Lions Club about the Street Department’s current activities. Johnson has been with the city over 30 years and is very knowledgeable on the needed activities of the city. Some of the activities under the Street Department include road repair (i.e. pot holes), sidewalk repair, brush collection, tree repair in the streets (150 trees have been planted this year), mosquito control, street lights, Riverside Cemetery mowing and digging, street signs, along with leaf collection and snow removal. More detailed information can be found at noblesville.in.gov.
