Noblesville Elks name Halls Citizens of the Year

Noblesville Elks Lodge #576 have named Mark and Lisa Hall as 2024-25 Citizens of the Year.

The Fraternal Order of the Elks, with hundreds of thousands of members, was founded in 1868 to promote and practice the four cardinal virtues of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its members; to quicken the spirit of American Patriotism and cultivate good fellowship.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America with over 2,000 lodges will serve the people and communities through benevolent programs, demonstrating that Elks Care and Elks Share.
