Noblesville East Middle School’s Drew Yarber won Saturday’s Elks Hoop Shoot West Central District competition in the McAnally Center at Greencastle High School. The seventh grader sank 23 out of 25 free throws to beat the competition in the 12-13 year-old division. He will now compete in the Hoop Shoot State Championship on Feb. 23 at the New Castle Chrysler Fieldhouse.
