The Noblesville Diversity Coalition (NDC) announces the creation of two new student advisory board positions for the 2024-2025 school year. These roles are open to high school students (grades 9-12) who live in or attend school in Noblesville, including public, private, or homeschool students. NDC is seeking young leaders passionate about fostering a more inclusive and welcoming community in Noblesville.
Selected student board members will provide fresh insights into youth-related issues, help shape NDC’s programming, and serve as advocates for the coalition’s mission. Their contributions will be vital in promoting and informing others about NDC’s initiatives while participating in quarterly board meetings and events.
“Noblesville’s youth are integral to our community’s future,” said Dana Randall, Advisory Board Chair of NDC. “By welcoming student voices to our advisory board, we’re giving them a platform to advocate for the changes they want to see while also giving them invaluable leadership experience.”
Students interested in applying must submit their applications by October 30, 2024. Application materials include a completed application form, a letter of interest to the selection committee, a recommendation letter, and a signed commitment agreement from the student and their parent/guardian.
NDC is excited to welcome students to its advisory board who demonstrate a commitment to community service, active participation in extracurricular activities, and a desire to contribute positively to Noblesville’s future.
