Noblesville Councilman Wil Hampton signs on with two growing companies

Two companies under one roof, with a world of possibilities on the horizon. Using that as his guide, Wil Hampton has accepted a position with The ELAM Group and 21ology.com in Noblesville as a Client Development Specialist. The unique nature of the position allows Hampton to remain on the Board at NewDay Recovery Network as its Vice President of Development.

“I will be able to continue to help lead NewDay while working with two growing companies in my hometown,” Hampton said, “We will engage a team of support at 21ology.com to enrich the marketing strategy at NewDay and work towards getting help for those in need.”

The ELAM Group, which is short for The Environmental Liability & Asset Management Group, is a consulting firm that specializes in environmental due diligence, litigation support and contracting throughout Indiana and beyond. 21ology.com – which is a company focused on small business development in the digital age – started out as a hobby for James Hogan, President and CEO of both companies, but the growth became very real with clients such as NewDay.

NewDay is a faith-based drug addiction counseling center that began operation in July 2017 in Indianapolis. Hampton will be responsible for growing the platform for 21ology.com and business for The ELAM Group, with NewDay as a top priority.

“We are delighted to have Wil join our team,” said Hogan. “His business sense, good character and talented communication skills mesh so well with our environmental and business technology service offerings available right here in Noblesville.”

Hampton is also the District 4 representative on the Noblesville Common Council and a longtime Noblesville resident. He believes the time is right for this type of move.

“First off, 21ology.com and ELAM are growing companies that actually sit in the heart of District 4. My commute time went from about 45 minutes to four,” Hampton said with a smile, “but, in all seriousness, I’m excited to be able to remain focused on helping those suffering with addictions find treatment, while at the same time working with a company where environmental solutions are central to the daily conversations.”

The ELAM Group and 21ology.com are located in the historic Federal Hill School House building at the corner of Logan Street and Lakeview Drive. Hampton began his new job on April 23. Wil and his wife Becky have three children and live in Noblesville.
