Carmel Fire Department Station 45 won the chili cook-off for the second year in a row at this past weekend’s Festival of Ice presented by Citizens State Bank. According to The Reporter’s meteorologist Paul Poteet, 7.5 inches of snow fell on Carmel over the weekend. That makes firehouse chili sound like an even better idea!
