Portion of 116th Street in Fishers reopens today to single-lane traffic
The City of Fishers announced Friday that despite the nearly record rainfalls over the last 45 days, the Nickel Plate Trail pedestrian tunnel currently under construction beneath 116th Street is ahead of schedule.
Today, 116th Street between Municipal Drive and Maple Street reopens to a single lane of traffic in each direction. Additional lanes will remain closed until Aug. 1 as workers the finishing touches on this project.
