Nickel Plate Express enhances safety measures with employee training

Nickel Plate Express (NPX), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing memorable train excursions through Northern Hamilton County, has announced the successful completion of a comprehensive CPR, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed training program for its dedicated staff.

The training, led by Jim Ginder of the Hamilton County Health Department, equips employees with essential life-saving skills to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers on board.

With a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all, NPX recognizes the importance of being prepared for emergency situations. By investing in this training program, the organization aims to empower its staff to effectively manage and respond to any potential emergencies that may arise during train excursions.

The training session covered a wide range of essential skills, including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), First Aid, and Stop the Bleed techniques. Through hands-on practice and theoretical instruction, employees were equipped with the knowledge and confidence to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance until professional help arrives.
