New Rosati’s Pizza opens in Carmel

Rosati’s Pizza, a new family-owned restaurant in Carmel, opened to the public on Monday. The restaurant is located at 890 E. 116th St., at the corner of Guilford Road and 116th Street.

Rosati’s offers delivery and carry out from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Rosati’s delivers within a 2.5-mile radius of the store.

Employing 17 people from the Hamilton County area, Rosati’s is currently hiring for all positions. The restaurant specializes in Chicago-style deep dish pizza along with authentic, fresh pastas from recipes that have been passed down for generations.
