M/I Homes of Indiana, L.P. has announced a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 for a new community in Cicero.
Cicero Town Councilmembers will be onsite to complete the ribbon cutting at 26 Verdant Drive. The grand opening event will be conducted from 2 to 5 p.m. in Tamarack’s Smart Series and Villa Models.
Tamarack is a 250-unit mixed use development featuring single-family homes and paired villa low-maintenance homes and is located near 236th Street and Tollgate Road, just west of downtown Cicero.
