On Friday evening, 2019 Hamilton County 4-H Queen Emma Higginbotham will relinquish the crown to her successor. For the first year in the pageant’s history, the event will be closed to the public due to COVID-19 concerns. Hamilton County Television will broadcast the event live on Facebook beginning at 7 p.m.
