Nancy Jane Mills, 83, Fishers, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on April 14, 1940, to Gerald and Betty (Lively) Hunter in Noblesville.
Nancy was an active member of Noblesville First United Methodist Church and enjoyed serving in the Sunshine Friends Ministry. She loved sewing, quilting and was passionate about her crafts and paintings. Over the years, she enjoyed being outdoors with boating and camping with her family. In her younger years, she liked to skate at the Rainbow Roller Rink where she first met her husband, Kenneth. Most of all Nancy loved spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Kristina Wilson; grandchildren, Monica (Ryan) Duffey, Michelle (Michael) Schwomeyer, and Michael (Christine) DeFord; great-grandchildren, Noah Harless, Ryan Duffey, Charlie Harless, Chase DeFord, and Pierce DeFord; sister-in-law, Verona Cook; and several nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by death by her husband, Kenneth G. Mills; and brother, Robert (Bob) Hunter.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2024, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
