Millers win at Muncie Central

Noblesville picked up a win on the road Saturday evening, beating Muncie Central 55-43 at the Bearcats’ Fieldhouse.
The Millers were in a battle in the first half, as they led 12-11 after the first quarter. Muncie Central came back to lead 25-23 at halftime, but Noblesville asserted itself in the third period, outscoring the Bearcats 18-6 to take control of the game.
Jordan Gadis and Trenton Reed each scored 13 points for the Millers, with Alex Hunt added 12 points. Hunt had a good all-around game, with three 3-pointers, five rebounds and four assists. Reed led the rebounds with six.
Noblesville improved to 6-7 and goes back on the road Friday, playing at Zionsville as part of a girls-boys Hoosier Crossroads Conference doubleheader.
