Millers take care of Mount Vernon

Noblesville picked up a win at Mount Vernon Saturday afternoon by the score of 57-45.
The Millers outscored the Marauders in each of the four quarters. Noblesville led 16-12 after the first period and 31-23 at halftime. E.J. Smith had nine points in the first half, with Jordan Gadis adding seven. The Millers slowly extended their lead in the second half; Gadis scored six points in the fourth quarter, including 4 of 4 from the free-throw line.
Smith scored 14 points for Noblesville, while Gadis finished with 13. Preston Roberts added 10 points.
The Millers are 10-9 and go back on the road Friday to play a Hoosier Crossroads Conference game at Brownsburg.
