The Noblesville boys golf team won the Winchester Invitational on Saturday.
The Millers were victorious with a first place score of 299. Leading the way for the Millers with a two-under par 70, good for second place, was junior Clay Merchent. Following Merchent and in third place was junior Jacob Deakyne with a two-over par 74.
Senior Kyle Claussen came in fourth place with a 4-over 76. Senior Jack Barnes finished sixth with a 79 and junior Joe Whallon tied for seventh with an 80.

Westfield team won the 16-team Ulen Invite in Lebanon on Saturday.
The Shamrocks finished with a score of 309 in very windy scoring conditions. Westfield was led by Andrew Lewis, who was part of a three-way tie for low score with a 74. Next in line for the ‘Rocks were sophomore Drake Biggs with 77, senior Stephen Hildebrand with 77 and junior Ethan Lutz’s 81.
Hamilton Southeastern tied for third place with a 316. Daivic Akala carded a 74 to be part of the low score tie.
