Millers drop HCC game to Bulldogs

Noblesville dropped a tough Hoosier Crossroads Conference game to Brownsburg at The Mill on Friday, 48-45.

The Class 4A No. 14 Millers led 15-9 after one quarter, but the Bulldogs came back in the second period to lead 25-24 at halftime. Noblesville took control in the third quarter, with Justin Curry scoring 10 points, including two 3-pointers, to help the Millers take a 38-30 advantage. But Brownsburg poured in 18 points in the fourth quarter to get the win.

Curry finished with 21 points, totaling three 3s, and pulled six rebounds. Aiden Brewer had five rebounds.

Noblesville is 3-3 in conference play and 15-5 overall. The Millers travel to Avon next Friday for their HCC finale.
