The Noblesville West Middle School eighth-grade boys basketball team split a pair of Monday games with Creekside.
The West Millers “A” team won 49-48. Roberts reached double-double status with 23 points and 11 rebounds, while Almodovar scored 12 points, including two 3-pointers. Also scoring were Riggs 5, Smith 4, Lynas 3 and Page 2. Lynas had three rebounds, Smith pulled two, and Riggs and Almodovar both collected one.
Noblesville West’s “B” team lost 26-20. Hughes scored seven points, followed by Page 4, Wood 2, Bohland 2, Leyda 2, Feller 2 and Zmyslo 1. Feller led the rebounding with five, followed by Wood 3, Page 3, Zmyslo 2, Cash 1, Johns 1, Bohland 1, Leyda 1, Hamman 1 and Barrow 1.

The “A” team won 38-31, while the “B” team won 23-6.
