Fishers-based development firm Meyer Najem Construction has been named Construction Manager for IU Health’s upcoming Capitol View project.
The project will include a 250,000 square-foot shell and core medical building and a 300,000 square-foot precast parking garage.
Spanning downtown Indianapolis from Capitol Avenue and 16th Street to 14th Street, the $65 million project has a 20-month construction schedule. The project is set to commence in November.
