Matt McNally, a Navy pilot veteran and candidate for the Indiana General Assembly in 2022, will hold a fundraising kickoff for his 2024 campaign at 7 p.m. this evening, June 28, at Union Brewing Company, 202 Gradle Drive, Carmel.
