Marissa Andretti to speak at HCLA Leadership Summit

Hamilton County Leadership Academy (HCLA) will host its 10th annual Leadership Summit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20 at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Noblesville.

The featured speaker will be Marissa Andretti, Vice President for Andretti Autosport & Managing Director for Andretti Technologies. This time will be a conversational experience highlighting the impact connectivity and community makes in the workplace and sharing why Hamilton County was the ideal spot for the new Andretti Racing & Technology Headquarters.

Born and raised in Nazareth, Pa., with racing roots, Andretti grew up around the sport, spending time and learning from her second family – a racing team. After studying marketing, business and sports management at Cabrini University, Marissa officially joined the family business in 2015 as a Client Relations Representative on Andretti Autosport’s INDYCAR program.

In 2017, Andretti transitioned into the role of Marketing and Branding Director, taking on merchandising and helping to refine the brand identity through marketing initiatives. With an interest in racing operations, she assisted in project management for the team’s branding related operations. She now serves as a Vice President within the Andretti Autosport family of race teams and oversees the team’s philanthropic initiatives via The Michael Andretti Foundation.

“The leadership legacy in Hamilton County is strong, and we couldn’t be more excited to highlight the Andretti Autosports’ legacy in Indiana and the mark they will make in Hamilton County with the new facility,” HCLA Executive Director Diana Coyle said. “We know Marissa will empower our community leaders with words of inspiration as they travel their leadership journey and make their mark in Hamilton County.”

Registration is now open to the public for the 10th annual HCLA Leadership Summit. A VIP Featured Speaker Q&A Session with Marissa Andretti will follow the Leadership Summit luncheon. Pricing for this limited-ticket VIP event is $35. To learn more about the luncheon or reserve your seat, visit hcla.net/news/event-calendar.
