Marcella Conde

January 24, 1938 – June 19, 2020

Marcella Conde passed away after a short and painless fight with cancer on Friday, June 19, 2020 at Riverview Health in Noblesville while on hospice. She was born on January 24, 1938 to Joseph and Angeline Beinia in Mount Pleasant, Pa.

Marcella grew up in Mt. Pleasant of very humble beginnings, graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School, and graduated from secretarial school in Pittsburgh, Pa. She held many positions throughout life including secretary at the Census Bureau in Washington, D.C., chocolate maker, caregiver, house cleaner, trophy-builder, and mom. Marcella worked all through her 70s and 80s at Our Lady of Grace Church’s after school care program in Noblesville.

She met Paul Conde at Sears and Roebuck store in Greensburg, Pa. They were married for 36 years until his death in 1997. She lived the majority of her life in Youngwood, Pa., primarily as a caring mom, but held many part-time positions in the area. In 2008 she moved to Noblesville to be closer to her son Mark and his family.

She is survived by her son, Mark Conde, his wife Lisa and grandsons Nic and Joe Conde; her sister, Sr. Anita Beinia; five nephews and nieces, and their children and in-laws and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Conde; sister, Harriet Cerkovnik; and bothers, Anthony Beinia and Fr. Michael Beinia

The Conde Family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Home with Marcella’s care.
