Many county players make HCC All-Conference teams

The Hoosier Crossroads Conference announced its 2023-24 boys basketball All-Conference teams on Monday.

Eight county players were named to the HCC First Team, including three from Class 4A state champion Fishers. Six more county players received Second Team honors. Fishers coach Garrett Winegar was named the HCC Coach of the Year; the Tigers finished unbeaten in conference play.

FIRST TEAM

Avon: DeAndre Lott-Hancock.

Brownsburg: Jordan Lomax, Grant Porath.

Fishers: Keenan Garner, JonAnthony Hall, Taden Metzger.

Franklin Central: EJ Hazelett.

Hamilton Southeastern: Donovan Hamilton.

Noblesville: Aaron Fine, Hunter Walston.

Westfield: Nic Book, Trey Buchanan.

Zionsville: Maguire Mitchell, Drew Snively.

SECOND TEAM

Avon: Jedidiah Minnett.

Brownsburg: Spencer Porath.

Fishers: Cooper Zachary.

Hamilton Southeastern: Braeden Totten.

Noblesville: Justin Curry, Baron Walker.

Westfield: Charles Farrell, Will Harvey.

Zionsville: Luke Reasoner.

Conference standings: Fishers 7-0, Noblesville 5-2, Westfield 5-2, Brownsburg 3-4, Zionsville 3-4, Hamilton Southeastern 2-5, Avon 2-5, Franklin Central 1-6.
