On Nov. 17, a credit card was stolen from a residence located in the 1700 block of Beaufain Street in Carmel. The black male pictured was observed on surveillance video attempting to use the stolen credit card at a retail store in Indianapolis. He appears to be wearing a Seattle Mariners baseball cap.
