Recent Sheridan High School graduate Maggie Adams is pictured accepted a $500 scholarship check from Sheridan Rotary Club secretary Connie Pearson. One of the strong commitments for Rotary International is to encourage people to further their education and make contributions back to society. The awarding of scholarships is one of many ways Rotary helps achieve that goal. Adams plans to attend Purdue University.
