On Wednesday, Hamilton County Sheriff Dennis Quakenbush presented Carmel Police Officer Blake Lytle with the Sheriff’s Commendation Award for his help following the passing of Deputy Doug Sanford. Officer Lytle’s knowledge and assistance were pivotal in helping the Sanford family.
