New this year, Fishers Parks & Recreation is offering fun and affordable full-day holiday break camps for children ages 5 to 12.
Ritchey Woods Fall Break Camp
Explore Ritchey Woods during this day camp where kids will learn about the changing of the seasons, carve pumpkins, and participate in a costume party. Campers will also enjoy a campfire cookout jam-packed with fun skits and spooky stories at the end of the week. The camp will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily from Monday, Oct. 15 to Friday, Oct. 19. Cost is $200. Please register by Friday, Oct. 5.
Dr. Seuss Winter Break Camp
Whether you have a Wocket in your Pocket or like Green Eggs and Ham, children will love this Dr. Seuss-themed winter break camp. Kids will enjoy STEM activities, crafts and snacks as they explore the wacky world of Dr. Seuss. The camp will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Wednesday, Jan. 2 to Friday, Jan. 4 at Holland Park. Cost is $120. Please register by Friday, Dec. 21.
