Hamilton County residents can now enjoy the convenience and creativity of graze-style eating with the opening of the first Graze Craze charcuterie store in the state.

Husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Mark and Tamara Haubry opened the new location at 9520 Uptown Drive, Suite H, in the Uptown Shoppes, providing artfully arranged sweet and savory grazing boards in a 1,600-square-foot space. That’s on 96th Street just west of the exit off Interstate 69.

At Graze Craze, highly trained experts known as Grazologists skillfully design charcuterie arrangements that feature an assortment of fine ingredients perfect for grazing, like fresh fruits and vegetables, premium meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, house-made jams and more. Graze Craze charcuterie boards offer something for every lifestyle, dietary preference or palate, and are available in a variety of size options to cater to any occasion, big or small.

Tamara Haubry grew up in Indianapolis and studied marketing and communications at Indiana University. Mark Haubry attended Purdue University and built his career in operations, supply chain and technology consulting. The couple supports many Indianapolis charities and organizations and plans to grow their involvement in the local business community.

“Our family enjoys grazing together on long weekends, holidays and special events,” Tamara said. “Graze Craze was the perfect path for us to take to follow our passion for building businesses and sharing something we love with the Indiana market.”

Graze Craze is a part of the United Franchise Group family of affiliated brands and consultants, whose members have access to a global network and more than three decades in franchising. The concept is managed within Big Flavor Brands, the food service division of UFG’s Starpoint Brands.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Mark and Tamara to the Graze Craze family, where their business skills and understanding of the Indianapolis market are sure to make this a big success,” Graze Craze President Cory Hibbard said. “We’ll be with them every step of the way as they introduce this proven concept to the busy Indianapolis community.”

Graze Craze charcuterie arrangements incorporate a variety of flavors. The Vegegrazian is impeccably designed with a medley of fresh fruits and vegetables for anyone embracing a plant-based lifestyle. Those with an undeniable sweet tooth can enjoy the Sweet & Grazey, which is hand-crafted using an abundance of delectable desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips to accent the irresistible flavors.

New to the Graze Craze menu is the Brunch Board, an innovative gourmet twist on any morning routine. Packed with breakfast meats, fresh fruits, eggs, pastries and more, this board is the perfect bagel-and-donut brunch alternative. Grazers can also tackle watch-party cravings with a seasonal Game Day Board featuring a feast of crowd-pleasing ingredients, like peppered salami, Italian prosciutto, goat cheese, cranberry walnut bread, raspberry jam, and chocolate bark, to name a few.

The artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a large party. The food displays are ideal for elevating work meetings, family gatherings, lavish events and more, while they also make for memorable gifts that impress.
