April 9, 1943 – May 8, 2022
Leon Eugene Neal, 79, Noblesville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 8, 2022. He was born on April 9, 1943, to Lester and Eva (Harrold) Neal in Noblesville.
Leon proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps where he was awarded an accommodation for rifle sharp shooting.
After discharging, he owned and operated three ServiceMaster Franchises in California until he decided to move the family back to his home state of Indiana to be closer to relatives. For over 37 years, Leon was in the dry cleaning business, which included his time as a partner of Classic Cleaners. He achieved a lot of recognition in spot cleaning and Bridal preservation. Leon was a member of Faith Community Church, the Rotary Club, and the Lions Club. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, wintering in Florida, golf, and bowling. Leon bowled a perfect 300 game twice! His happiest moments were those spent with family, especially his six grandchildren.
