Lela M. Robinson, 91, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on September 24, 1925 to Charles and Fannie (York) McGill in Albany, Ky.
Lela was retired from Firestone Industrial Products, where she had worked for many years; and attended Pleasant View Baptist Church in Noblesville.
She is survived by her son, Dr. William (Jill) Barnes; three grandchildren, Bradon (Melissa) Barnes, Missy Barnes and Jeri (Jason) Hall; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Robinson who passed away in 2011; her sister, Marda; and brothers, Deane, Buster, Mike and ‘Little Jackie’.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville with visitation beginning at 12 p.m. prior to the service. Pastor David Rogers will officiate. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
