The Hamilton County Health Department will hold a virtual Stop the Bleed course from 6 to 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22.
Participants will learn how to provide direct pressure to a bleeding wound, how to pack a bleeding wound, and how to apply a tourniquet.
