The Omnibus Show is a new podcast hosted by Dave Gibbs “for people who love interviews of interesting and accomplished people, and who are life learners.” Monday’s episode featured Aaron Renn, host of the podcast The Aaron Renn Show.
Renn is the Co-founder and Senior Fellow at American Reformer. He also writes on cultural topics at aaronrenn.substack.com. Renn’s most recent work has been focused on urban policy – especially civic branding, talent attraction, economic development, and infrastructure. He uses strategic frameworks and data analysis to generate innovative insights into cities and regions.
His goal as stated on his website is “to provide deep, unique insights to help conservatives and communities successfully adapt to the 21st century world.”
The key topics he covers include: Christianity in America, men’s issues (including the growing failures of men in modern society, and why they are turning to online gurus and political movements instead of the traditional institutions of society), and finally social, cultural, and economic transformations that have radically altered the world in ways few people understand.
Renn was a Senior Fellow at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research for five years. His work has been featured in leading publications such as The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Atlantic, among others.

The Monday, May 1 episode will feature Marissa Andretti of Andretti Racing and the son of Indy Racing’s Michael Andretti. (Her grandfather is Mario and her brother is Marco – also very familiar figures here in central Indiana during the month of May.)
She studied marketing, business, and sports management and officially joined the family business in 2015 as a Client Relations Representative on Andretti Autosport’s INDYCAR program. In 2017, Andretti transitioned into the role of Marketing and Branding Director. She now serves as a Vice President within the Andretti Autosport family of race teams and oversees the team’s philanthropic initiatives via The Michael Andretti Foundation.
