Latest news, community updates from Keep Noblesville Beautiful

We’re excited to welcome the new Federal Hill Park to downtown Noblesville. Keep Noblesville Beautiful (KNB) partnered with Hamilton County Master Gardener Association (HCMGA) and the Noblesville Parks Department to plant gardens at the Green Room, the park’s rental and indoor event facility. Over 100 perennials were donated by HCMGA and KNB provided the volunteers to transport and plant them. Mulch and watering is being provided by the Parks Department. We know this will be a well-utilized facility in our community and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance its visual appeal.

KNB also provided a spruce up of the Noblesville Post Office gardens on May 7. Several new plants were added along with a fresh layer of mulch. Noblesville Post Office sees hundreds of visitors each day so this enhancement by KNB and Kahlo helps to make this public space more inviting.

On March 23, 14 KNB volunteers picked up 40 bags of trash along Highway 37 between SR 32 and 191st Street. Aug. 5 will see KNB volunteers once again cleaning up this adopted section of highway. If you would like to help, meet at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church at 8:15 a.m. Please bring work gloves. All other materials will be provided. You can pre-register for this event by visiting http://tinyurl.com/KNBAdoptAHighway.

Serve Noblesville will be working around the community from June 28 to July 1 providing a variety of service opportunities for corporations, families and individuals. Visit servenoblesville.com to see the schedule of projects and how you can volunteer to make a difference in your community.
