State Road 37 & 141st Street
As of Monday, Sept. 9 the northbound lane of SR 37 is restricted to one lane to allow for construction of the deep storm sewer.
The State Road 37 Improvement Project is in its final interchange with construction of the 141st Street and State Road 37 now underway. During this time, all traffic is accessible via the eastside, with northbound and southbound lanes open at all times on SR 37. Click here to view detour routes.

Florida Road reconstruction
Phase 2 of the reconstruction of Florida Road between Southeastern Parkway and East 113th Street will be underway Sept. 18 to 27. A portion of the road south of Whelchel Drive will be closed and the rest of the road will be open to local traffic only. Click here to see a map of Phase 2.
Lantern Road sidewalk project
Work on a new sidewalk installation along the west side of Lantern Road, between Morgan Drive and Frances Street, will be ongoing the week of Sept. 16. Watch for flaggers and lane restrictions on southbound traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Utility work on South Street
There will be lane restrictions on South Street, between the Nickel Plate Trail and Lantern Road, starting on Sept. 17 to allow for utility installation. Flaggers will be in place to help direct traffic in this area.
126th Street & Southeastern Parkway roundabout
This roundabout is now open but remains an active construction site with intermittent lane restrictions. During the week of Sept. 16, the contractor will conduct sidewalk and asphalt operations on Corydon Drive, which will soon serve as the new connection for the Hunters Run development, anticipated to open in mid-November. The project will rehabilitate or reconstruct the pavement, add curb and gutter with storm sewers, and multi-use paths and/or bicycle lanes. 96th Street beautification
The contractor will work on landscaping and lighting for this project the week of Sept. 16. This project consists of decorative streetlights being installed along 96th Street from North by Northeast Boulevard to Cumberland Road. New medians will also be installed along North by Northeast Boulevard and Kincaid Boulevard with streetlights.
