The 96th Street & Allisonville Road Roundabout Project is underway with the west side of 96th Street closed during this Phase 2 work. This phase is scheduled to be completed within approximately 90 days when work will transition to the east side of 96th Street.
What to expect in Phase 2
- 96th Street is closed from Allisonville Road to Hazel Dell Parkway.
- Southbound traffic cannot turn left (east) onto 96th Street from Allisonville Road.
- Allisonville Road is open to one lane at 96th Street for northbound and southbound traffic.
- All access to local businesses remains open.
Additional signage is currently being updated to enhance directionals along this project’s detour route.
Plan your best route
- Visit fishersin.gov/96th to find the official detour route, travel directions have also been posted here from all directions.
- Remember to use Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze if you’re unsure of the fastest route to get you through the construction zones. All construction restrictions are reflected in these map tools, helping you avoid congested paths.
- Follow the City of Fishers Facebook page and DriveFishers on X for timely updates related to all road construction.
