Late night fun back in Carmel tonight

Don’t miss second “Late Night on Main” street party from 9 p.m. to midnight tonight in the Carmel Arts & Design District. The city will shut down Main Street just east of the Monon Greenway to 1st Avenue NW/Veterans Way to make way for musical entertainment, dancing in the street and enjoying the eats and treats from local vendors who will be staying up late with us. Blair & the Fun Factor Band will take the stage at 9 p.m.

This means Main Street from 2nd Avenue NW to 1st Avenue NW/Veterans Way will be closed Saturday beginning around 2:30 p.m. so preparations can be made, including the placement of a stage for the band. Detour signs will be in place to direct traffic around the closure. Plan for extra time Saturday afternoon and evening if your route includes Main Street.

Mark your calendars for the final Late Night on Main event on Oct. 5.
