January 22, 2003 – June 6, 2023
Larry Jabari Kojo Maudlin, 20, Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from injuries sustained during a car accident. He was born on January 22, 2003, in Accra, Ghana. Larry joined us, his forever family, on November 11, 2010.
Larry was passionate about body building and music, but most of all he loved his family and friends. He could be found lifting weights in the basement of his family home with good friends while jamming out to loud music or teasing his siblings while they tried teaching his mother common TikTok dances. Whether it was his fashion forward attire or his bright smile, you knew when Larry entered the room.
There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they’re gone it’s still here. Larry’s light lives on.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Jennifer (Harrison) Maudlin; brother, Nicholas Maudlin; sisters, Jessica (Travis) Miller, Katelyn Maudlin, Elissa Maudlin, and Sophia Maudlin; and nephews, Oliver Maudlin and Ezra Miller.
Larry is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Faye Maudlin and Linda Maudlin; and his uncle, Mark Maudlin.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, Noblesville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Crownland Cemetery at 1776 Monument St., Noblesville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sickle Cell Disease, 7240 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Hanover, MD 21076.
