The Fishers Event Center, an ultra-modern, 7,500-seat entertainment venue, is set to officially open its doors on Friday, Nov. 22 for its first show featuring country band Turnpike Troubadours. Designed with advanced technology and comfort in mind, the arena offers streamlined arrival, point of sale and departure experiences so you can spend more time enjoying events and less time in lines.
Before you go, the Fishers Event Center encourages all patrons to make a plan, be prepared, and arrive early to make the most of your experience.

Make a plan
- Fishers Event Center is located north of Indianapolis, in the new Fishers District dining and shopping destination.
- Download or open the Waze app and input the Fishers Event Center address, 11000 Stockdale St., Fishers, IN 46037. Waze is the recommended GPS program with updated event day traffic plans and street closures, providing you with accurate directions and real-time traffic alerts.

Be prepared
- Parking: Parking is hassle-free, with over 2,000 surface level parking spots available for guests. Prepaid parking is available here. The parking lot is managed by LAZ Parking, a trusted company with over 30 years of experience in event parking. Payment will be through LAZ’s user-friendly mobile application and website. Guests have the option to prepay online or pay during the event, eliminating the need for gates and minimizing traffic congestion. To pay during an event, look for payment signs located throughout FEC parking lots. To streamline your departure experience, the automated system scans your license plate upon exit to verify payment for parking.
- Clear Bag Policy: For quickest entry into the Fishers Event Center, it is recommended that patrons DO NOT bring a bag. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Event Center:
- Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12-by-6-by-12 inches. Bags cannot be tinted with color or include oversized content that prevents visibility into the clear bag.
- Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5-by-6.5 inches will be permitted into the stadium. Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5-by-6.5 inches in size will not be permitted.
- Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the Fishers Event Center Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Event Center’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Event Center, however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.
- Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.
- Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the door.
- Guests with non-complying bags will need to return their items to their cars.
- Cashless: Fishers Event Center is a cashless building and will only accept card and mobile payment. All mobile vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail locations require the use of card or mobile payment.
Arrive early
Patrons are advised to arrive early to ensure they have time to park and enter, explore the new venue, and check out the multitude of dining options before heading to seats.

- Rideshare drop-off is located North of FORUM Credit Union Plaza at Fishers District. Look for signage indicating rideshare drop off upon arriving at Fishers Event Center.
