Kiwanis Club of Greater Sheridan invites community to pulled pork fundraiser

Dinner will coincide with Feb. 21 JV basketball game

Mark your calendars for Friday, Feb. 21. The Kiwanis Club of Greater Sheridan is will hold a fantastic fundraising dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Sheridan High School cafeteria, 24185 Hinesley Road.

Enjoy a delicious meal featuring pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, dessert, and a drink. Presale tickets are just $10 and can be purchased from current Sheridan Kiwanis members, at The Farmers Bank, or at Bragg Insurance. Tickets will be $12 at the door, and children 10 and under can join the fun for only $6.

The dinner will be served before and during the home JV basketball game against Edinburg Community High School with tipoff at 6 p.m.

“This event is all about coming together as a community to support our local children,” Kiwanis of Greater Sheridan President Brian Zachery said. “We are excited to have our local K-Kids Club from Sheridan Elementary School assisting us that night. They will help with clearing tables and refilling drinks for everyone.”

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for an evening of great food, community spirit, and support for a wonderful cause. All proceeds will go towards benefiting the children of Greater Sheridan, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
