Ken Olovich was recently hired as the new head softball coach at Hamilton Heights High School. Olovich replaces Landi Lockwood, who was the head coach for the past five years and made two semi-state appearances during her tenure.
Olovich has coached travel baseball for several organizations before coaching travel softball with the HSE/Fishers Cats organization. He started a new team within the Indiana Mustangs organization in 2017. In just two years, Olovich built his Indiana Mustangs team into a No. 4 ranking in the USSSA Indiana “A” level power poll and won the USSSA Fall State Tournament in Columbus in September 2018. Olovich has compiled over 200 wins in travel softball and looks forward to bringing that winning experience to the Hamilton Heights softball program. He believes that in every game there are two outcomes: winning and learning. He is eager to bring that same philosophy to the program.
Ken Olovich has been married to his wife, Julie, for 27 years.  They have three children: Ashley, who is in her senior year at Indiana University; Matt who is a sophomore on the Franklin College baseball team; and Grace who is a freshman on the Fishers cross country and track teams.
