Kathy B. Bonnell, 75, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 in Fort Myers, Florida. She was born on May 28, 1941 to the late Harold and Dorothy (Thompson) Burch in Evansville, Indiana.

Kathy was a retired school teacher for Center Grove Schools. She was a member of Bridgewater Country Club, and loved water skiing and snow skiing. She had been an avid Colts fan since 1984, and loved attending the Indianapolis 500. Kathy enjoyed golfing at Heritage Palms Country Club in Fort Myers, FL. She brought the Chico’s franchise to Indianapolis in 1989.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Bert Bonnell; daughters, Wendy (Leo) deBlecourt and Kristen (Matt) Pate; five grandchildren, Danielle, Erika & Gabriella Pate, Sam deBlecourt and Ellen deBlecourt; brother, Owen “Bud” Burch; and sister, Karen Waltermire.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville. A reception is to follow from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at Harbour Trees Beach Club, 333 Regents Park Lane, in Noblesville.
